Global demand planning: AI/ML and causal planning, center of excellence, roles & process

Meet the panelists:

• Paul Glenn, with a >15-year career spanning Mondelēz International, Jaguar Land Rover, and Goodyear, has held multiple senior roles in demand planning, analytics, and global transformation. At Mondelēz, he led the Demand Planning Centre of Excellence, oversaw the adoption of AI/ML forecasting across European markets, and managed global capabilities for IBP, lifecycle planning, and demand data visualization.
• Tomislav Komljenović, with >10 years at BSH Home Appliances, currently serves as Global Process Owner for Automated Forecasting & Demand Planning. He leads the deployment of statistical and causal models, AI-based forecasting and demand sensing, and manages forecast accuracy and planner adoption across SAP IBP and Analytics environments.
