The Real Planning Challenges in Pharma & MedTech

In this webinar, two experienced supply chain leaders will share how planning really works in pharma and medtech environments, from planning for product launches to inventory risk, regulation, and the evolving role of planners and IBP.
The discussion will focus on lessons learned across different roles and maturity levels, rather than theory, benchmarks, or idealized frameworks.
